Yes, all Stone Pony Pottery is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. If you dishwasher typically puts spots on your other dish ware, it will do the same to your pottery, so hand washing may be best.

Yes, Stone Pony Pottery can be shipped around the world.

Yes! I have a process in place to create and ship custom paw print mugs anywhere in the US. Place your order on my Etsy Store, then purchase a paw print kit (available at pet supply shops and on Amazon.com) and make an impression of your dog’s paw. When dry, ship it to Stone Pony Pottery, where I will make a rubber mold of the paw print and use the mold to make a mug that features your dog’s paw print. Please contact me for additional details.

It depends on the size of your order and my current order volume. The holiday season make take a bit longer. Please contact me to inquire.

Yes, Stone Pony Pottery offers several glaze color options. I do change, add and discontinue colors from time to time.

Stone Pony Pottery cannot accept returns because all our orders are custom made by hand. If something is wrong with your order or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will make it right.

Unfortunately yes, just like most ceramic and glass materials, my pottery is likely to break if dropped on a hard surface or handled roughly. If handled gently and carefully, they will last for years! If damaged in shipping, your order is covered by insurance for replacement. 

Stone Pony Pottery is not equipped to offer classes.

Since my shop is a private working studio only, I do not have a retail store and am not open to the public.

I am currently at my limit but always open to conversations about wholesale. I cannot accommodate consignment work.
